"Everything was nice -- breakfast, staff, cleanliness -- except the WiFi didn't work for my four days at the hotel. I enabled it for my phone at 1pm and my computer at 7pm and it worked for neither, except for a few minutes on the first two days. I told the front desk, who expressed concern but said I just needed to have my phone & computer forget-and-rejoin the network, but that didn't work either. Had to use phone data instead."

"I've stayed in some filthy hotels, unfortunately, but this one was the absolute worst. There was urine on the toilet seat, when we checked in. I mean, seriously? The sheets were gray and wrinkled, like they'd never been changed. There was standing water in the sink. ridiculous."

"We had a four night stay in Norrköping for a music festival and the Hotel President was nicely located between the station and the festival venue. On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming and all the members of staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with plenty of space, a separate sitting area with a sofa, wardrobe, large flat screen tv, extra towels and pillows in the wardrobe, a desk and chair and a good size, comfortable bed. The windows...
